These little chimes are really pretty and well made. The 'cones' are from heavy gauge copper, and the bell has a nice little 'clear' sound to it, although it has to be pretty windy for that to happen. I have hung them in a cedar tree in the wood, and they look curious in there, as they resemble pine cones. I liked them so much, that I ordered three more.
I have no concerns about weathering, as the entire structure I made from copper.
