You can hang your art on any Siding, Brick, stucco or wood surface.
What hardware is needed to hang my wall art?
The wall art does not require any special hardware to hang the wall art. In most instances a nail will suffice.
Why doesn't my item look like the picture?
All Happy Gardens decorative art is individually handcrafted. There is no standard formula for art creation.
It says assorted colors available, how do I pick the colors I want?
We are working towards giving you the option to choose in the future but right now the way our operation is set up. We can only fulfill these at random.
I would like to share my garden with you, where do I send the picture?
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, VISA and American Express cards as forms of payment. Our web site encrypts your login and credit card information in transit.
I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
We process orders as fast as possible so you get your order quickly. Unfortunately, because of this any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item is processed.
My address is wrong, what do I do?
My order was marked as delivered but never arrived.
Sometimes orders are marked by the post office as delivered, but don't actually arrive until the following week day. If 24 hours goes by and your order still does not arrive, please contact Olivia@happygardens.com
Can I include a gift card to go with my purchase?
Yes, you can include a request for a gift card. On the order page there is an area for notes. That is where you enter your message for the gift recipient.
I forgot to apply my coupon what do I do?
You can send a request to email@example.com and she will be happy to add your coupon. Please note, that you can only use one coupon code per customer, per order.
How do I cancel my order? What if it's already shipped?
Please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a cancellation. If the order has shipped, you will need to return the item before the refund is processed. Please visit our Return Policy page here.
Why does it take so long to get my order, it didn't say out of stock on the website?
We try to keep an inventory of every item on our webpage, but sometimes products are purchased faster than we can keep them in stock. We can have a full inventory on a Friday and by Monday the items are sold out. As a new company we are always looking for ways to improve our systems to keep everything current. We appreciate your patience as we grow.
Can customers use multiple discount codes on a single order?
You can only use one coupon per order. We don't allow "coupon stacking." For example, If you have a 10% discount code, as well as a free shipping option, you must choose which coupon you want to use on a given order. We can only apply one discount at a time to an order. You may use outstanding coupons on additional orders.

Do I have to pay to ship a returned item?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your item. It usually takes 2-4 business days to process orders.
