We guarantee that our products will arrive in good condition, without defects, or we will replace the product at our expense.

You will receive two emails after your purchase. The first, an email order notification confirming we have received your order. After we fulfill your order, you will be sent a second email, a shipping confirmation email. This will include a tracking number for your item(s), once your product(s) ships, so that you can track your package to your doorstep.

Due to extremely high volume. Orders can take up to 1-7 business days to process before they are shipped out from our facility upon receipt. Then shipping can take another 1-7 days depending on how fast our providers are. UPS, USPS and FedEx.

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please check your spam folders for these as they sometimes end up there. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Happy Gardens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Nor responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
