I bought another wind chimes from this business on Etsy and went to their website to order another one. I waited a long time and had to inquire on delay. I received it a couple days ago. Its not level and hangs down to the right. I wrote customer service and sent pictures. I noticed the other reviews showed it centered not leaning down on one side. Finally I was told it was made to lean. I do like it, its pretty, abd Olivia from customer service was very kind and nice, but honestly, I dont think I will order anymore.n

There was one chain of beads/bells disconnected from the heart when the item arrived. I was able to fix it myself with some finagling. Also, it said that the item was hand made but there was a made in India sticker on the chain of the item. I must have not read the description correctly because I thought it was made in USA.
