Metal leaf shapes at the top and base of the unit enhance the pineapple figure, and round rods form a framework. A diamond shaped, metal mesh surrounds these rods, creating a reservoir which accommodates up to 1 quart of peanut chunks or sunflower seed.

This design allows clinging birds to reach the seed easily, while you can monitor feed levels in moments. An included, metal rod threads through the center of the feeder for strength and stability, and a ring at its top enables the item to be hung. The pineapple's crown of leaves slides up this rod for easy refilling, and the shaft may be removed for thorough cleaning.
