It typically takes 1-4 days to prepare an order before it’s handed over to the courier. As soon as it’s on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder too, just in case it ends up there.

Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be updated after the courier scans the package into their system. At that point, you'll also see the estimated delivery date. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 days after shipping, unless it’s a busy season.

IMPORTANT: If the order was submitted after business hours, please contact us immediately and we will try to update the shipping address. Unfortunately, after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee an address change but will make every effort to do so.

Absolutely! We never include the price when an order is marked as a gift. If you forgot to mark it as such, don't worry, just reach out to Customer Support, and we'll take care of it right away.

Most of our metal works are made from high-quality steel, which is very sturdy and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.  Our stoneworks are handcrafted using real river rocks.

Most of our metal works are made from high-quality steel. While it’s durable, it can still develop rust over time, especially if exposed to the elements. We recommend covering it or storing it indoors during winter, if possible.  To help prevent rust and make it durable, we suggest applying a protective coating (like polyurethane) at least once a year.
